We start with a meeting or conference calls to understand the specific issues of concern to the facility. We then create a series of scenes that describe the situations in realistic skits so that the participants will understand the expectations of your facility. Participants will see issues put in to context -- real life work situations. Such as harassment: we'll look at what it looks like in the workplace currently, as concepts are different now than they were ten years ago. These exercises put participants into the real situations.
We paint the picture of what this issue looks like and many faces it can take.
Then we explore what they participants can do. From a corporate perspective, we'll explore the current corporate process in place from human resource participation to resolution.
In staff training, we look at issues like greeting guests, expectations for your organization and for each employee. Make eye contact, greet the guest verbally and interact.
